a) What payment methods are available?
We are currently working with Hitpay as our official payment gateway partner via paynow/paylah/payanyone. We are not able to accept credit card payments at the moment.
b) How do I make payment?
Upon check-out, you will be directed to a Hitpay payment page. Please proceed to use your bank app to complete payment via paynow/paylah/payanyone. Do include reference 1352 under remarks tab on your bank app when making payment.
c) How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Your orders will be confirmed once you have completed payment at check out. So be sure to double-check your purchases before you confirm.
a) I need my order by a certain date. When should I order to receive it on time?
We would recommend making your purchase in advance based on the following conditions,
Local orders (delivery): Minimum 4 days
Local orders (self-collection): Minimum 2 days
We recommend opting for self-collection for orders needed within the same week. Orders will be dispatched / ready for collection within 1-3 days. We have engaged a third-party courier service to assist us with all local deliveries.
b) I live in the west, any other self-collection points other than BTC?
We are in the process of reviewing our self-collection points but currently we only have 1 location. You may else opt for delivery.
c) How much does shipping cost?
Delivery fee is tiered based on your order size, and standard delivery (orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days) is available
$4 (orders below $30)
$4.50 (orders below $40)
Free shipping (orders above $40)

d) How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery usually takes approximately 4 days for local orders.
e) How do I track my order?
You will receive an email on the status of your order from us. We have engaged a third-party courier service to assist us with all local deliveries. An email notification will be sent to you when your item is out on delivery.
f) I opted for self-collection, when will I know if my order is ready for collection?
Our team will drop you an email or text message to arrange with an appointment with you once your order is ready for collection within 1-3 days.
a) Pre-orders BCC T-shirts – how long does it take for the item to arrive?
The t-shirt will take approximately 8 days for production. It will take another 4 days for delivery. If you wish to order the t-shirt in time for Christmas 25 Dec, please send in orders within these dates:
Before 6 Dec for delivery to arrive by 18 Dec
Before 14 Dec for self-collection from 22 – 24 Dec
b) If the t-shirt I’ve bought does not fit well, am I able to exchange for a better size?
As BCC t-shirts are on pre-order basis, we are unable to allow exchanges of T-shirt colours and sizes once the order is placed. We advise that you refer to the t-shirt size chart provided on the item page when making size selection.
c) Do you provide gift wrapping?
We are currently reviewing this and might provide it for future promotions/events.
d) The item I want is sold out! Is there any way for you to bring it in again?
You can drop us an email via the “Contact Us” to enquire about it and to make a reservation.
e) Can I get a refund or exchange for other items?
You can drop us an enquiry via “Contact Us” as we only allow exchanges for selective items. Refunds will only be made on case by case basis.
